Canceling renewal is not the same as getting a refund

SendPulse subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected billing period. Turning off renewal stops the next charge, but refund eligibility is handled separately.

Unused funds can use a 30-day route

SendPulse says you may ask for a refund of unused funds within 30 calendar days after payment when you provide a valid reason. Requests are individually reviewed rather than guaranteed.

Automatic charges use a tighter 14-day rule

For an automatic charge, SendPulse says a refund can be possible when no service was used after the renewal and the request is submitted within 14 calendar days from payment. Using the service after renewal can therefore weaken or remove that route.

Trial conversion can be nonrefundable

If a free trial ends and converts into the first paid subscription period because it was not canceled in time, SendPulse says that first-period payment can be nonrefundable. Do not assume the 14- or 30-day rules automatically override this exception.

Use the refund form, not a normal support message

SendPulse requires refund requests to use its refund form and asks for the order number plus a detailed reason. The company says requests are usually reviewed within seven business days.

Compare other chatbot billing models

Manychat, Tidio and Chatfuel all use different recurring, trial and usage structures. Their cancellation or refund timing should not be copied onto SendPulse.

SendPulse has a public affiliate program, but Toolnavia approval and tracking are unverified.

Buying rule

Cancel the subscription when your only goal is to stop the next automatic charge. For unused funds, act within 30 days and explain the reason. For an automatic renewal charge, act within 14 days and avoid using the service after renewal if you want the strongest refund path.
