Podia Shaker vs Mover: Are 500 Subscribers & Affiliate Tools Worth It?

Email capacity jumps from 100 to 500
Mover includes 100 email subscribers; Shaker raises that to 500. If your list is already near 100 and email is part of the sales workflow, that ceiling becomes concrete. If you barely use email, the extra capacity has little value.
Product and community capacity expands
Mover includes 50 products, 500 videos and 25 community spaces. Shaker raises those to 150 products, 1,000 videos and 100 spaces. Count the catalogue you actually plan to publish rather than treating larger limits as automatic value.
Shaker-only selling tools can matter more
Shaker adds affiliate marketing, upsells, PayPal and Zapier. A creator building a partner channel or needing PayPal may justify Shaker long before hitting 150 products. These tools create options, not guaranteed sales.
Transaction fee is a separate check

Compare creator-platform growth models
Teachable, Thinkific and Kajabi use different product, contact, commerce and admin limits. If the real constraint is subscriber or product capacity, compare the shape of those limits rather than the number of marketing features.
