Nifty Poshmark Automation: What the $25 Monthly Plan Includes

Check what the single-marketplace plan buys

This is Nifty.ai, the reseller platform. It is separate from similarly named project-management software. Crosslisting means publishing an item on another marketplace; it is not included in this Automation-only plan.

If publishing stock on several marketplaces is your actual task, evaluate the relevant Crosslisting or Bundle plan separately. The lowest subscription price will not supply missing functionality.

Four controls that help with daily selling

**Run the saved configuration in the cloud.** After setup, automations can work with your device off while the marketplace account stays connected. This removes the need to keep a browser session running locally. It is not an uptime or sales guarantee; expired connections still need attention.

**Choose a sharing schedule.** You can distribute sharing across selected hours and adjust daily goals. The documented ceiling is 8,000 self-shares per day, and sharing includes all active listings rather than a handpicked subset. This helps organize routine activity, but the ceiling is not a recommended target or a promise that Poshmark will permit every action.

**Filter offers before they reach a buyer.** Price, condition and keyword filters help exclude items that cannot support a discount. Rules run in order, taking the first matching offer. Incoming counteroffers still need a response on Poshmark. Offers round down to whole dollars, and a public bundle discount can force a lower private offer, so check the final amount and any shipping contribution.

**Relist eligible older stock with explicit limits.** Relisting deletes and recreates a listing; it is more consequential than sharing. Filters let you retain items with valuable existing interest, and automatic relists are capped at 100 daily. Repeated price adjustments apply each time, so keep them off unless that repeated change is intentional. Check any other inventory tool after listing identifiers change.

Separate the introductory bill from ongoing costs

New users can enter public code WELCOME15 when creating an account or starting the trial. The 15% reduction applies to the first paid month after the trial. At the current US$25 monthly rate, US$25 × 0.85 = US$21.25, saving US$3.75 once. Three unchanged paid months total US$71.25 rather than US$75. The second and third bills remain US$25 each.

Nifty publicly lists WELCOME15 for this introductory discount. Its affiliate agreement separately restricts posting an individually assigned referral code on coupon, discount or promotional websites.

Confirm that checkout shows Poshmark Automation, monthly billing, USD and the discount before accepting payment. No public expiry date or annual-plan stacking promise is supplied. Taxes, marketplace selling fees, shipping discounts and future price changes are outside this calculation. The trial itself is not a price discount.

Validate one controlled workflow during the trial

The following is an editorial validation task, not a completed hands-on test. Prepare your own connected Poshmark account, a record of listing prices and any existing public bundle discount. Check current marketplace rules before enabling automation.

1. In Automation, open the Poshmark settings. Begin with only the task you intend to evaluate; leave relisting and follow-up discounts off initially. 2. For offers, choose filters and a discount that preserve your acceptable proceeds after fees and shipping. Check the first-match rule order. 3. Save deliberately: Nifty says settings take effect immediately. Inspect History and the actual marketplace result when an eligible new like occurs; do not manufacture buyer activity. 4. Compare the final offer with the intended amount. To stop, turn all settings off and save. Decide whether to keep the plan before the trial's stated billing date.

Keep the configuration and observed result as your output. If no eligible event occurs, mark that behavior untested instead of treating a quiet dashboard as success.

Plan the exit as well as the subscription

The current help page says cancellation is under Settings → Subscription. Access continues through the paid period, with no partial refund for unused time. Existing marketplace listings remain, but Nifty inventory data and drafts are deleted 30 days after the plan ends. A scheduled plan change can hide the cancel control; support must resolve that case.

Older indexed descriptions said data stayed available and pausing was unavailable. The live help page now describes a free pause of up to 90 days, followed by automatic resumption. Use that current account-specific confirmation, and save needed data before canceling.

Choose this plan when Poshmark-only automation solves a recurring task and your trial checks pass. Keep your current workflow if it already suffices. A US$3.75 introductory saving is useful only after the plan's scope, ongoing US$25 bill and operational controls fit your work.
