Verdict
ClickFunnels Launch costs $97 month to month or $970 per year. Twelve monthly payments would total $1,164, so the annual plan saves $194 at current pricing. The site displays that annual option as about $81/month, but the actual annual charge is $970—about $80.83 per month when averaged. The annual plan makes sense only if Launch's current capacity is enough for most of the year.
What Launch includes
Launch currently includes one workspace, two team members, 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails per month, three courses, five custom domains, unlimited visitors, standard support, and 1 million AI-tool words. The pricing page also advertises unlimited funnels as a “Limited Time” benefit, so do not treat that wording as a permanent contractual limit without checking the live order.
ClickFunnels also says all plans include hosting and it does not take a percentage of your sales. Those are documented plan terms, not a Toolnavia claim that the platform will improve conversion or revenue.
$97 monthly versus $970 annually
The billing math is straightforward. Paying $97 for 12 months is $1,164. Paying the current annual total of $970 saves $194. ClickFunnels itself advertises the same $194 annual saving.
The trade-off is commitment. Monthly billing costs more over a full year but is the cleaner option if you are still validating the funnel stack, contact volume, or email usage. Annual billing is easier to justify when you know you will use the platform long enough to capture most of the $194 difference.
When Scale becomes the real upgrade
Launch is not merely a smaller contact tier. Scale currently raises capacity to five workspaces, five team members, 75,000 contacts, 300,000 emails per month, six courses, and unlimited custom domains. It also adds custom code, webhooks/full API access, and priority/live-chat support.
That makes API/webhook requirements a clearer upgrade trigger than “my business is growing.” If Launch's 10,000 contacts, 50,000 monthly emails, two seats, and one workspace still fit, paying for Scale simply for unused capacity can be wasteful.
Trial, guarantee, and Classic migration
Current ClickFunnels 2.0 support documents a 14-day trial. The current pricing page also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee and says plans can be changed during or after the trial.
Existing ClickFunnels Classic users need an extra check: Classic and ClickFunnels 2.0 are separate platforms and current support says Classic funnels cannot be migrated into 2.0. Do not assume an old funnel library will transfer automatically when evaluating Launch.
Market context
HighLevel Starter currently costs $97/month or $970/year, with unlimited contacts/users and a 14-day trial. systeme.io Startup is $17/month or $170/year and currently includes 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, and 10 automation rules; its Free plan supports 2,000 contacts.
Unbounce Build currently costs $99/month and focuses on unlimited landing pages with a 20,000-visitor traffic limit rather than an all-in-one funnel/email/course stack. Kajabi Basic is currently $179/month or $143/month equivalent billed annually, with 2,500 contacts, five products, one website, and two admin users. These are pricing-and-scope references, not conversion-performance rankings.
Next step
Use the 14-day trial to build one complete funnel, connect the real payment flow, and send a representative email sequence. Check whether one workspace, two seats, 10,000 contacts, and 50,000 monthly emails leave enough headroom. If they do and you expect to stay for a year, the current annual plan saves $194.
ClickFunnels' current affiliate landing page advertises 30% recurring commissions, while current support tier documentation still ties software commission access and higher rates to affiliate status and approval. Toolnavia's approved software rate is therefore unverified, and affiliate tracking remains disabled.
