Verdict

AnyTrans currently makes its one-computer Lifetime license easy to compare with the annual plan. The 1-Year Subscription is $39.99, while the One-Time Purchase is $59.99—only $20 more upfront—and both allow unlimited iOS devices on one computer. The catch is the computer limit: one Lifetime license still covers only one Mac or PC. If you need several computers, the $79.99 Family Lifetime plan covers up to five.

Start with the free trial before choosing a license

AnyTrans can be downloaded and tried before purchase. iMobie's license terms say the unregistered version can scan files and data on iOS devices, while full functional features unlock after registration. That makes the trial useful for checking device detection and the interface, but it is not an unlimited free transfer license.

Use a small disposable test first: copy a few photos or files, create a backup, and verify that copied items can be opened or restored. These are proposed checks, not Toolnavia transfer-speed or data-integrity results.

$39.99 annual or $59.99 Lifetime?

The current AnyTrans store lists the 1-Year Subscription at $39.99 for unlimited iOS devices on one computer. It auto-renews yearly, can be canceled, and iMobie says a reminder is sent before renewal. The current readable pages do not publish the exact future renewal amount, so the crossed-out $59.99 reference price must not be treated as a verified renewal.

The One-Time Purchase is $59.99 for unlimited iOS devices on one computer and includes lifetime use plus lifetime free updates. That is only $20 above today's first-year annual price. Because the future annual renewal is not numerically fixed, this article does not invent a two-year break-even calculation.

If you expect to keep using AnyTrans on one computer beyond the first subscription term, paying $20 more today for the current Lifetime option removes the annual-renewal dependency. If you only need a short migration project, annual may be enough.

The Family Lifetime plan changes the computer limit

The current Family Lifetime plan is $79.99 and covers unlimited iOS devices on up to five computers. That is only $20 above the $59.99 one-computer Lifetime option.

Both individual plans already support unlimited iOS devices, but they are limited to one computer. If you regularly use both a Mac and a Windows PC, the single-computer Lifetime license is not a two-computer license just because AnyTrans supports both platforms. Buy another individual license or use Family if multi-computer use is required.

What AnyTrans adds beyond Apple's free tools

AnyTrans is designed for selective transfer and management across iPhone, iPad, iPod, iTunes, iCloud, Mac, and PC. Current product materials also cover browsing/extracting backup content, selective backup and restore, wireless/automatic backup workflows, and phone-to-phone migration.

Apple's own Apple Devices app on Windows, Finder on modern Macs, and iCloud already provide a $0 baseline for device backup, restore, syncing, and supported file transfers. If those built-in workflows solve the job, there may be no reason to pay for a third-party manager.

AnyTrans earns its price when selective management, broader backup browsing, or moving content among Apple/cloud/computer sources saves enough manual work. This article does not claim every data type transfers perfectly or that AnyTrans is faster than Apple tools.

The 60-day guarantee has detailed conditions

iMobie's main buy page advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee for the 1-Year and One-Time plans; the 1-Month plan has a seven-day window. The detailed refund policy lists accepted and excluded circumstances and can reject requests outside the window or cases involving improper operation or failure to review the product description/trial.

Treat the 60 days as a policy window, not an unconditional change-of-mind promise. Canceling a subscription stops future charges and keeps current-period access, while an eligible refund request is a separate support action.

How alternatives frame the value

CopyTrans 7 Pack currently costs $29.99 and bundles seven Windows-focused iPhone utilities. EaseUS MobiMover Pro for Mac currently lists $39.95/year or $79.95 Lifetime Upgrades, covering three Macs.

iMazing has moved current personal licensing to annual subscriptions and still offers a $0 free/trial feature set with limits; current Personal subscriptions can cover up to 20 Apple mobile devices and install on unlimited computers, a different model from AnyTrans's one-computer individual license.

These are licensing and workflow comparisons, not transfer-quality rankings.

Next step

Use the AnyTrans trial with one representative device. If Apple's free tools handle the job, stay with them. If AnyTrans's selective management and backup workflows are useful, choose $39.99 annual for short-term flexibility, $59.99 Lifetime for one-computer long-term use, or $79.99 Family Lifetime when more than one computer matters.

An older iMobie affiliate page still shows legacy 60%/65% terms, so this guide treats the modern canonical page as current. Toolnavia approval is unverified, so affiliate tracking remains disabled.
