Verpex Managed cPanel 4GB: No Public Price, Solo, Twice-Daily Backups

The short answer

Verpex Managed cPanel 4GB is for teams that want dedicated KVM resources with cPanel while Verpex handles the server stack. The current product page confirms 2 CPU cores, 4GB RAM, 100GB storage and 1TB monthly bandwidth, but it does not publish the plan price in readable text; save the checkout price and renewal terms before paying.

At a glance

Best for
A managed cPanel workload that fits 2 cores/4GB/100GB, can operate within one cPanel account and values provider-run maintenance plus frequent backups.
Price model
Official product/checkout text has no readable plan price or renewal; verify checkout, term, tax and renewal
Check first
Buyers requiring a public price before checkout, multiple independent cPanel accounts, unrestricted root control or a guaranteed 30-day server refund.

The current official page does not publish a usable price

The 4GB tier lists two CPU cores, 4GB memory, 100GB storage, 1TB monthly bandwidth and one IP address. Those are useful capacity limits, not a benchmark for visitor count or application response time.

Price is the first buying gap. Verpex's current product page exposes Monthly and 12 Months selectors but no readable plan price, and its exact Buy button resolves to a Verpex checkout URL whose fetched response also exposes no readable total. A September iTechGuides check recorded the price as “Not published,” while other recent comparison crawls captured different figures. Do not promote one of those third-party numbers as today's Verpex price. Capture the actual checkout, billing term, tax and renewal before purchase.

Four included benefits reduce routine server work

First, KVM virtualization reserves the listed CPU, memory and storage for the plan rather than selling a shared-hosting account. Second, the stack includes cPanel/WHM and CloudLinux while Verpex handles configuration and maintenance.

Third, free migrations can reduce the work of moving existing websites; Verpex says one site or many can be migrated without a migration charge. Fourth, monitoring, SSL, a web application firewall and backups are part of the managed stack. These features reduce operational work, but they do not prove that every application or custom server package is supported.

cPanel Solo means one cPanel account

The current Managed Cloud Server FAQ says every plan includes cPanel Solo. cPanel Solo is a one-account license. Verpex separately advertises unlimited websites and email addresses on the managed server, but those claims should not be read as unlimited independent cPanel accounts.

This distinction matters for agencies. Several sites can live inside one cPanel account, but clients who require isolated account credentials, separate quotas or reseller-style separation should verify the required license before migration. Do not discover the license boundary after dozens of sites have already moved.

The backup schedule is clearer than the backup software name

The live product page says Verpex backs up sites twice a day and describes granular off-site restores through Backuply. A current Verpex article describes the same managed-cloud family as using JetBackup for twice-daily off-site backups. The schedule is consistent; the software name is not.

Treat the provider's twice-daily backup promise as the useful operational fact, but confirm the active backup platform, retention count and restore workflow on your account. Keep an independent export of critical data. A provider copy is valuable, but a migration or application error can still require a recovery point outside the same account.

Managed cloud is not the right place to assume unrestricted root

Verpex describes these servers as fully managed and says it takes care of the whole system. Its current managed-cloud article frames the trade-off more directly: customers give up some root-level control in exchange for patching, monitoring and backups. The product page lists SSH/SFTP access, but that is not evidence of unrestricted root.

Choose this model when cPanel, managed maintenance and supported application tooling matter more than complete operating-system control. If your workload requires arbitrary kernel changes, custom system packages or unrestricted root automation, verify that requirement in writing before ordering or use an unmanaged VPS instead.

Do not assume the generic 30-day guarantee covers this server

Verpex's general pricing material advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting plans. The current Terms and Conditions are more specific: the no-quibble 30-day guarantee applies to products except domains, servers and certain third-party products. Managed cPanel 4GB is explicitly sold as a managed cloud server.

Use the stricter contract wording unless your checkout explicitly grants a different guarantee. The same terms say standard users should cancel before renewal and that prepaid months are generally not refunded simply because service is cancelled early. Save the checkout, renewal date and cancellation confirmation.

Choose Managed cPanel 4GB when 2 cores, 4GB RAM and 100GB storage fit the workload, one cPanel account is sufficient, twice-daily managed backups are useful and you prefer provider-run maintenance. Skip it when price visibility before checkout, unrestricted root, multiple independent cPanel accounts or a guaranteed 30-day server refund is essential.
