TOOLNAVIA / BUYING GUIDE
HostArmada Web Warp Email Limits: 400/Hour, 3GB Mailbox, 10 Connections
The short answer
HostArmada Web Warp includes cPanel email, but buyers should size three email resources separately: **400 emails per hour total**, **3GB maximum per-mailbox quota**, and **10 simultaneous IMAP/POP3 connections** on shared hosting. Web Warp itself currently lists 30GB NVMe, 4 CPU cores and 4GB RAM, but those hosting resources do not erase the mail-specific rules.

400 emails/hour is the shared-hosting ceiling
HostArmada says total sent email should not exceed 400 messages per hour on Shared Web Hosting, whether messages are delivered or deferred. Multiple websites, staff mailboxes and WordPress notifications can all consume the same shared-hosting mail environment.
Measure actual attempts during the busiest sixty minutes. If application mail regularly approaches the policy ceiling, separate transactional delivery from staff mail rather than treating the shared relay as unlimited.
A mailbox quota cannot exceed 3GB
HostArmada says an individual shared-host mailbox quota must not exceed 3000MB. cPanel lets users manage quotas, but the provider boundary remains controlling. The 3GB mailbox cap is different from Web Warp's 30GB hosting storage.
Teams retaining years of messages or large attachments should archive or use dedicated business email before individual inboxes approach the limit.
Ten simultaneous connections can become the hidden bottleneck
Shared-hosting customers are limited to 10 simultaneous IMAP/POP3 connections. Phones, desktops, tablets and help-desk software can each consume connections. A mailbox may therefore have sufficient storage and outbound headroom yet still show synchronization issues when too many clients connect at once.
Cleanup and migration need independent backups
HostArmada's Email Disk Usage guide can remove old or large messages and warns deletion can be immediate. Export anything valuable before cleanup. For cPanel-to-cPanel migrations, HostArmada says a full cPanel backup can carry email with websites and settings.
Post SMTP batching and retry features can improve application observability and pacing, but they do not raise the provider's shared-hosting policy ceiling.
Independent reviews are context, not policy
Cybernews, WebsitePlanet and TechRadar discuss HostArmada's shared-hosting features, constraints and value. They are useful for buyer context, but exact mail quotas, send rates and connection limits must come from HostArmada's own current policy.
Cost and decision rule
Web Warp currently shows US$3.36/month on the displayed annual cycle and US$18.65/month regular pricing.
Use hosted Web Warp email when individual mailboxes stay below 3GB, connection concurrency is modest and measured hourly demand remains comfortably under 400. Use a dedicated business-email platform when large mailboxes, collaboration or many simultaneous clients dominate. Use external transactional delivery when application mail needs stronger burst capacity, logs and retries.
