ChemiCloud Starter Email Limits: 300/Hour, 3,000/Day, 10,000/Week
The short answer
ChemiCloud Starter advertises unlimited email accounts, but the sending policy is finite and layered. The current resource policy caps outbound mail at **300 emails per domain per hour**, **3,000 per domain per day** and **10,000 per domain per week**. Those three windows matter together: staying below the hourly ceiling does not guarantee a daily or weekly workload will remain within policy.

Unlimited accounts do not mean unlimited sending
Starter's plan page lists unlimited email accounts. The policy, however, applies sending limits per domain. Creating more mailboxes therefore does not multiply the domain's hourly, daily or weekly allowance.
For a store or membership site, measure actual transactional attempts in the busiest hour and also total them across a full day and week. WooCommerce logs can expose attempts, timestamps and errors instead of relying on average orders.
Recipient and connection limits are separate resources
ChemiCloud says processes should not send outbound mail to more than **25 recipients at any given time**. The same policy limits POP/IMAP connections to **60 per hour** and outbound SMTP connections to **500 per hour per server account**.
These numbers solve different problems. Recipient count constrains one send event, connection counts affect client/server activity, and the 300/3,000/10,000 limits constrain message volume over time. Do not combine them into one vague “email limit.”
The policy explicitly forbids bypass behavior
ChemiCloud's resource policy also defines mailing-list requirements and prohibits splitting a larger list into smaller parts to get around its list limits. The safe planning response is to choose the right delivery service, not to work around the web-host policy.
Newsletter or campaign mail should use an appropriate permission-based marketing platform. High-volume application mail is better routed through a dedicated transactional provider when it needs more burst capacity, retries or observability.
Email routing can break delivery even when volume is low
ChemiCloud's cPanel Email Routing offers Automatic, Local, Backup and Remote Mail Exchanger modes. A domain using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another external mailbox provider can fail mail delivery if routing and DNS disagree.
When changing providers, verify MX records, SPF/DKIM and the cPanel routing mode together. Capacity is irrelevant if the domain is delivering mail to the wrong server.
Backup and product separation matter
ChemiCloud documents full cPanel backups that can include email, files and databases. Keep an independent archive before a migration or major mail change.
ChemiCloud also sells a separate Email Hosting product with its own storage and mailbox model. Those dedicated-email allowances do not automatically apply to Starter's shared-hosting mail. Independent reviews confirm email is part of ChemiCloud's hosting value proposition, but exact limits still come from ChemiCloud's own policy.
Decision rule
Use Starter's included email when normal staff correspondence and low-to-moderate transactional mail remain comfortably below **all three** time windows and the domain's routing is correctly configured. Move application mail to an authenticated transactional provider when busy-hour or day/week totals are likely to approach policy ceilings. Use a dedicated business-email product when mailbox storage, collaboration or long-term archive requirements dominate.
