ChemiCloud Pro WooCommerce Email Limits: 300/Hour, 3,000/Day, 10,000/Week

The short answer

ChemiCloud Pro's unlimited email-account promise does not mean unlimited WooCommerce transactional sending. The provider's published resource-usage policy limits outbound email to 300 messages per domain per hour, 3,000 per domain per day and 10,000 per domain per week. The same domain may generate order receipts, administrative notices, password resets and form messages. A buyer should measure these together before assuming the included host mail service will cover a sale-day rush.

Calculate real outgoing messages, not the number of checkouts

An order event does not always generate exactly two emails. WooCommerce email types depend on state transitions, enabled templates, configured recipients and extensions. Start with actual order and mail logs. Use O for order events within a period, M for observed outgoing messages per order, and E for other outbound messages from the same domain. Planning volume is V = O × M + E. Keep a separate count for each domain and time window. An illustration: 100 order events × 2 measured emails + 80 other messages equals 280 in the hour, leaving a theoretical margin of 20 against the provider's published hourly maximum. At 120 events under that same measured scenario, total becomes 320 and exceeds the limit by 20. The two-message factor is illustrative, not a WooCommerce constant.

Three different caps can bind

Hourly compliance is not enough. A store running at 200 messages an hour for 16 hours would produce 3,200 in a day: below 300 in any one hour but above the 3,000/day policy. Similarly 2,000 a day for six days produces 12,000 over six days—above the 10,000/week cap. These arithmetic examples are not claims about the host's rolling-window enforcement or guaranteed successful delivery near thresholds. Ask ChemiCloud support how their account quotas are counted and throttled. Reserve capacity for refunds, payment exceptions and resets; alert before reaching an allowed maximum.

Connections are not emails, and mailboxes are not quota multipliers

The resource policy separately mentions no more than 25 recipients at a time per outbound process and 500 outbound SMTP connections per server account per hour. The 500 figure measures connection activity, not permitted sent messages. ChemiCloud also restricts list sending and direct-SMTP mailing-system scripts. Creating extra mailboxes or sending from aliases does not legally multiply a per-domain limit. Confirm permitted application integration and relay methods before configuring an external SMTP provider.

THREE SEND WINDOWS

Find missing receipts at the right layer

First check WooCommerce > Settings > Emails: relevant notification enabled, correct recipient and From settings, right order status, no conflicting extension. Next distinguish three different failures: an order never generated the message; the transport rejected or queued it due to authentication, policy or rate limits; or the transport accepted a message but a recipient did not see it in the inbox. The last category calls for SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, bounce or downstream filter checks rather than blindly switching hosting plans. Test with safe sample orders and redact customer data in logs. A successful SMTP connection is not an inbox-delivery guarantee.

Understand the Pro purchase decision

ChemiCloud's Pro marketing page currently lists unlimited websites and email accounts, 35GB NVMe, 4GB RAM, two CPU cores and 20 daily backup copies. Those resources do not override email-sending policy. Its page displays a $2.95/mo promotional headline, whereas an official long-term pricing explainer uses a $3.49/mo example. Billing duration, datacenter capacity, region and checkout eligibility can change the number; neither is a guaranteed cart or renewal price without an actual purchase flow. The affiliate link must point to the exact approved Pro SKU and disclose the commercial relationship.

Decide when dedicated transactional mail makes sense

Stay with included host mail only when measured peak, day and week volumes all remain comfortably below the policy, verified test orders reach intended recipients, DNS authentication is correct and the escalation path is documented. Debug WooCommerce configuration before replacing a transport if even very low-volume notices never fire. Evaluate a permitted dedicated transactional mail platform when real legitimate traffic approaches a cap, when detailed bounce/queue monitoring is needed, or when business-critical notifications must be isolated from promotional bulk mail. Ask ChemiCloud which relay/integration approach is allowed under its resource policy; do not suggest circumventing per-domain caps with multiple accounts.

Five pre-checkout actions: collect seven days of actual outgoing logs by sender domain; calculate the busiest hour and total daily/weekly windows independently; exercise enabled checkout/refund/account-recovery notifications; obtain written host confirmation of the applicable Pro limits, permitted external relay method and exact enforcement window; compare final checkout, renewal and optional transactional provider cost. Verdict: Pro can be appropriate for a small store with measured sending far below the three ceilings, but its unlimited email accounts are not unlimited outgoing order notices.
