AccuWeb Premium++ Shared Hosting: Unlimited Sites, 5GB per Database

The short answer

AccuWeb Premium++ shared hosting can suit a small portfolio that needs cPanel, domain email and more storage without administering a VPS. Unlimited websites still share finite resources, and each database has a 5GB limit. This document-based guide checks those boundaries against the three-year bill; it does not claim a performance or migration test.

At a glance

Best for
Several modest conventional sites whose combined usage fits, with databases below 5GB and compatible scheduled work, at an acceptable verified long-term price.

36-month public reference: $143.64 base intro; $359.64 same-term renewal if unchanged; exact cart/currency/tax unconfirmed

Fit the whole portfolio, not just the website count

Premium++ lists 75GB storage, 1TB monthly transfer, 1.5GB RAM and two vCPU. Those allowances belong to the hosting account, not separately to every domain. The database count is unlimited, but each database is limited to 5GB. A single oversized database can therefore rule out the plan even when most disk space is unused.

The account also has a 250,000-inode limit: inodes count filesystem entries, so many small files can exhaust it before storage fills. Inventory each site's data and the combined account rather than equating unlimited domains with unlimited processing capacity.

Four useful services for a small team

First, cPanel brings domains, files, databases and application installation into one administration interface. It simplifies routine portfolio work without granting a separate server to every website. Your applications still need maintenance.

Second, 500 included email accounts can separate staff and project addresses without buying a mailbox subscription for each address. Each mailbox is capped at 5GB and all mail must fit the account's total storage. Five hundred mailboxes do not create 2,500GB of capacity.

Third, automatic SSL installation and renewal cover hosted domains, reducing routine certificate work; the pricing page says activation follows pointing the domain to the server. HTTPS does not secure an outdated plugin. Fourth, daily provider backups with restoration on request give an additional route after an unwanted change. Confirm available dates and restore scope: no exact retention history was established in this review.

Separate the first invoice from renewal

The public three-year offer is $3.99 per month equivalent: 36 times $3.99 gives $143.64 in base hosting charges. The three-year renewal reference is $9.99 per month, giving $359.64 for another 36 months if unchanged. That is $216 more for the same length of service, before extras.

The table separately lists renewal references of $14.99 for monthly billing and $12.49 per month for annual billing. Do not mix those terms or present $3.99 as a cancel-anytime monthly subscription. These dollar-denominated calculations are not a captured checkout: confirm currency, location, tax, the amount due now and add-ons. Domain renewals and optional services need their own budget. The terms limit ordinary introductory discounts to the first term.

Check scheduled work and the conflicting PHP limit

The terms permit cron jobs, meaning scheduled server tasks, at most three times daily unless a special requirement is discussed with support. A workflow needing hourly imports should obtain explicit permission or choose another arrangement. Shared Linux hosting also excludes remote MySQL access. These are application-fit questions, not reasons to assume a larger disk solves everything.

There is an unresolved PHP-memory discrepancy: the main page's Premium++ cell says 5GB while the standalone comparison says 128M, expandable up to 1024M. Neither should be confused with the account's 1.5GB RAM. Confirm the effective PHP limit before a memory-heavy import; this guide does not promise the larger value.

Move one site and prove its recovery first

Use this suggested acceptance task. Keep the old host, list every database size, mailbox total, file count and scheduled job, then obtain matched files and database exports. WordPress documents both components as necessary for typical complete recovery. Keep that set outside the hosting account.

Copy one low-risk site first. Preview it before changing DNS; check login, forms, database writes, mail and its scheduled work. Restore an independent export into a disposable destination and compare the result. Review combined resource usage before adding another site. The deliverable is a verified copy and a portfolio inventory, not simply a successful homepage load. Toolnavia has not performed this procedure.

Plan the exit before accepting three years

The terms expressly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Linux shared hosting but exclude third-party products, including domain registrations, and setup fees. They also contain restrictive prepaid-refund and early-termination clauses. Confirm the exact first-30-day refundable amount; cancellation is not a promise of an anytime prorated refund.

For nonrenewal, the terms require written notice at least 30 days before term end and acknowledgment. Move data before termination because continued retention is not required. Save confirmation, not just an unchecked renewal box.

Choose Premium++ when the entire portfolio fits and the included services justify the commitment. Keep an adequate existing plan otherwise. A public cash program covers regular shared hosting, but it excludes coupon sites and its public payout descriptions differ. Toolnavia approval is not established; affiliate tracking stays disabled.
