Pro Trainer includes 5 admins. Learning Center includes 25. If a sixth person genuinely needs platform administration access, the lower tier's team limit becomes operational rather than theoretical.
SCORM can be the second hard trigger
Pro Trainer supports up to 20 SCORM packages, while the current comparison lists unlimited SCORM on Learning Center. A training company importing a large compliance or enterprise-learning library can therefore outgrow Pro Trainer even without adding learners.
