Jotform Cancellation vs Refund: What Happens After You Cancel Bronze?

Canceling does not end paid access immediately

Jotform's cancellation guidance says the paid plan remains active through the current billing period and then the account downgrades. This lets you use the time already paid for.

The 30-day guarantee is a separate refund route

Jotform's pricing FAQ advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee under current rules. If you want money returned, do not assume the cancellation action itself submits that refund.

Downgrade changes plan limits after the period ends

Once the paid term ends, the account moves down and paid limits/features no longer apply. Export or reduce forms, submissions, uploads or payment workflows if the downgrade would exceed the lower plan.

App-store purchases may be different

Jotform notes that app-store or third-party purchase routes can use different cancellation/refund procedures. Always check where the subscription was originally billed.

Renewal cost makes timing important

Bronze's current annual-billed reference is $408/year. If you do not want another term, cancel before the renewal rather than waiting for the next charge and relying on a refund.

Compare other form-builder models

Typeform, Cognito Forms and Formstack use different response, storage and billing structures. Their refund rules should not be copied onto Jotform.

Jotform has a public affiliate program, but Toolnavia approval and tracking are unverified.

Cancel Jotform when your goal is to stop future renewal while keeping the rest of the current paid period. If a recent eligible payment should be returned, use the separate refund path within the current 30-day guarantee window.
