TOOLNAVIA / BUYING GUIDE

AIOSEO Pro vs Plus: Are 10 Sites & Link Assistant Worth $100 More?

The short answer

AIOSEO Pro is not simply “Plus with more sites.” Current pricing shows Plus at $99.50 for the first year, normally $199, covering 3 sites and 25,000 AI credits. Pro is $199.50 first year, normally $399, covering 10 sites and 50,000 credits while adding Link Assistant, advanced sitemap/redirect tools, cornerstone content and author blocks.

At a glance

Best for
A buyer with four to ten active sites or a recurring need for Link Assistant, video/news sitemaps, advanced redirects, cornerstone content or author blocks.

Unused site activations/AI credits have no value; higher plan does not guarantee rankings.

Site 4 is the clean capacity trigger

If all active sites fit inside Plus's three-site limit, seven extra Pro activations are not automatically useful. Once a real fourth site needs the same paid AIOSEO workflow, Pro becomes easier to justify.

Pro also changes editorial SEO workflow

AIOSEO's current Pro stack adds internal-link tooling, stronger redirects, News/Video sitemap capabilities, cornerstone content and more advanced author tools beyond Plus. Those matter most on larger publishing or migration workflows, not because “more features” inherently mean better rankings.

The first-year gap is $100; renewal gap is $200

The current page shows Plus at $99.50 first year versus Pro at $199.50, then regular references of $199 and $399. If you only need one Pro-only feature occasionally, that renewal gap is more important than the launch discount.

AI credits are secondary

Pro doubles included AI credits from 25,000 to 50,000. That only creates value if your team actually consumes those credits and reviews the output. Do not upgrade for an unused quota.

Compare other WordPress SEO licensing models

Rank Math, Yoast and SEOPress package paid SEO tooling differently. If site count is the main problem, compare licensing structure before assuming Pro is the only path.

Buying rule

Stay Plus for up to three active sites when Local/Author/Image SEO already covers the job. Move to Pro when site 4–10 is real, or Link Assistant, advanced sitemaps/redirects or other Pro-only editorial tools become recurring requirements.
