Verdict

Verpex currently advertises nine shared-hosting locations—Dallas, New York, Toronto, Mexico City, London, Frankfurt, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney—and tells buyers to host close to the audience. Bronze is currently shown as one website, 30GB NVMe, 1GB RAM, 1 vCPU and a $6-per-month renewal reference.

That public list is useful, but it is not a promise that every city will appear for every Bronze order. Verpex's terms say a desired location may be unavailable or later changed or shut down, and that the company may move service to an equivalent location or provider. Ask support or inspect the actual Bronze cart before paying, then keep a record of the location shown on the order.

Cloudflare can improve delivery of eligible cached assets, but it cannot make origin geography irrelevant. Static images, CSS and JavaScript are commonly cacheable; dynamic HTML, logins, carts, account pages and database-backed requests often still reach the Verpex origin.

Public location list versus checkout availability

The current shared-hosting page names nine worldwide locations and places a “Location Choices” row beside Bronze, Silver and Gold. That supports a real geographic purchase decision for Bronze. It does not reveal inventory by customer country, billing term or moment of purchase.

Verpex also explains that it uses multiple infrastructure providers and chooses the underlying network by factors such as hardware, DDoS handling, response speed and local conditions. Two locations with the same provider label are not automatically equivalent, and a city name alone is not a measured latency guarantee.

Use this order of evidence:

1. the exact location displayed in the live Bronze cart; 2. a written support answer for your billing country and term; 3. the location recorded after provisioning; 4. uncached tests from the cities where paying or logged-in users live.

Do not copy the nine-city list into a compliance document as if it were a contractual residency guarantee. Verpex says backups are usually stored in the same geographic region but not necessarily the same country. If country-level residency matters, request a bespoke written arrangement.

What Cloudflare changes—and what it does not

Cloudflare says static files such as images, CSS and JavaScript are cacheable by default, while dynamic HTML is not cached by default unless rules make it eligible. Responses marked private, no-store or no-cache, non-GET requests and responses with certain cookies can bypass caching.

That creates two performance paths:

- **Edge path:** a cache hit can be served near the visitor without fetching the object from Verpex again. - **Origin path:** a cache miss, personalized page, login, checkout, API call or database-backed request returns to the Bronze server.

Cloudflare's WordPress APO documentation explicitly lists logged-in, session and WooCommerce checkout conditions that can bypass HTML caching. A CDN badge therefore cannot prove that checkout, membership or admin work will be fast from a distant origin.

AWS documents the same general cache-hit/cache-miss model; this is provider-neutral architecture context, not a claim that Verpex uses CloudFront.

Choose the origin for dynamic users

Choose the origin nearest the people who create dynamic work, not the site owner. For a brochure site, most traffic may be cacheable and location may be less sensitive. For WooCommerce, bookings, forums, membership sites and admin-heavy WordPress, more important requests depend on the origin.

TTFB includes DNS, connection setup, TLS, redirects and server processing. Distance affects only part of the total, while plugins, database work and third-party APIs can dominate. Measure at least:

1. uncached homepage HTML; 2. login and account pages; 3. add-to-cart and checkout; 4. form submission; 5. WordPress admin actions; 6. cached images, CSS and JavaScript separately.

Independent Verpex reviews report location-sensitive tests, but each reflects one account, server and time. Treat those results as methodology examples, not universal Bronze speed promises.

Moving later is a support and change-management event

Do not treat a later location change as a guaranteed toggle. The reviewed Verpex pages do not publish a fixed relocation fee, unchanged-IP promise, completion SLA or zero-downtime guarantee for moving an existing Bronze account between regions. The terms also reserve location/provider changes when a desired location becomes unavailable.

Before any move, ask in writing about:

- whether the target location is currently available for Bronze; - whether the server IP or nameservers will change; - whether mail, SSL validation or allowlists need updates; - what data and backup snapshots will be copied; - expected DNS and application interruption; - rollback ownership and the old-account retention window.

Keep an independent backup, stage the new origin, test forms, orders, login, mail and cron jobs, then change DNS with a rollback window. “Free migration” marketing for a new customer is not automatically proof that a later internal region move is free or risk-free.

Price and buying checklist

The current public Bronze row shows one site, 30GB NVMe, 1GB RAM, 1 vCPU, daily backups and a $6 monthly renewal reference. Promotion, tax, currency and term can change, so verify the final cart.

Buy Bronze when one site and these resource limits fit, an exact available location is near the dynamic audience, and Cloudflare's cache boundary matches the workload. Do not buy on the nine-city headline alone when you need a fixed country, formal residency language, global dynamic execution or a published relocation SLA.

Before payment, save four facts: the exact cart location, first-term total, renewal total and support answer about a later move. After provisioning, test cached and uncached paths separately.
