For owners of an eligible previous perpetual Parallels Desktop license upgrading to Desktop 27 Standard on one Mac. From the official buy page select Upgrade, then Standard One-time purchase. The US-dollar cart shows $76.99, a $143 saving against its $219.99 new-perpetual-license reference; this is not a comparison with the $99.99 annual subscription or a claim that every prior upgrade cost $219.99. An older-version key is required for activation; trial-only users and customers simply extending an expired subscription do not qualify. Active subscribers already receive current-version upgrades, and some recent purchasers qualify for the Tech Guarantee: check your entitlement first. The purchased version is perpetual, but later major versions and future macOS compatibility are not promised. Windows licensing is separate. No manual code is required through this route.
